The post-show talk includes a live Q&A with the cast and creative team, an opportunity to see the costumes up close, hear more about the creative process, ask questions, and enjoy photos, signings and a meet and greet. This is not available via the live stream.
What happens before the show?
First and Second Entry ticket holders can explore our “Making A World Of Our Own” pre-show display until 7:10pm.
The display offers a behind-the-scenes look at how the production was created and may include costume sketches, fabric swatches, detailed photographs, rehearsal photography, choreography notes, and character or world-building material.
The items will be displayed in front of the curtain for First and Second Entry ticket holders to explore before being removed ahead of the performance.
How does seating work?
Tickets are sold by timed entry, giving earlier entry groups first choice of seats.
First Entry - £60: Entry from 6:45pm
Second Entry - £40: Entry from 7:00pm (SOLD OUT)
General Entry - £25: Entry from 7:10pm
Your ticket determines when you may enter the auditorium, not a specific seat. Seats are chosen on a first-come, first-served basis once your entry time begins.
Is accessible seating available?
Yes. There are 6 accessible seats in the theatre.

How do I receive my tickets?
Tickets are delivered digitally within 72 hours of purchase.

Are tickets refundable?
Tickets are non-refundable except in the event of cancellation.
A Flexible Ticket option can be added for £3 per ticket for the in-person performance only.
How do programmes work?
Programmes should be purchased during the booking process, as they will not be available at the theatre on the day.
If you purchase a physical programme, it will be given to you when you arrive at the theatre.
Physical programmes purchased with the live stream will be posted after the show itself happens once the cast has signed them.
What is the Post-Show talk?
The optional Post-Show Talk is an approximately 60-70 minute event after the performance.
It includes a live Q&A with the cast and creative team, the opportunity to see costumes up close, learn more about the creative process, ask questions, and enjoy photos, signings and a meet and greet.
The Post-Show Talk is available for in-person audience members only and is not included in the livestream.
Post-Show Talk passes cost £5 per person.
First Entry tickets include a Post-Show Talk pass.
All other ticket holders must purchase the pass separately during the booking process.
Talk passes will not be available to purchase on the day, so please add yours when booking your ticket.
