Tickets are sold by timed entry. Seats are chosen on a first-come, first-served basis once your entry group is admitted.

Running time +
The performance is approximately 60-70 minutes in one act, followed by a 20-minute interval. The optional post-show talk is approximately 60-70 minutes.
When will I receive my tickets? +
Tickets are issued digitally within 72 hours of purchase. If they do not arrive, contact hello@kadeemenpointe.com. In-person tickets do not qualify for mailing list subscriber discounts.
Is there accessible seating? +
Row A is step-free and six accessible seats are available. For availability or accessibility assistance, contact hello@kadeemenpointe.com.
What is the Post-Show Talk? +
After the performance, the auditorium will be cleared briefly. Pass holders are then invited back for a conversation with the cast and creative team.
Ask about the performance and creative process, see costumes up close, have programmes signed and take photographs with the cast and creative team.
Post-Show Talk passes are £5 per person, purchased in advance only. First Entry tickets include a pass, with the applicable discount applied in your basket. The talk is in person and is not included in the livestream.
Your ticket will show whether the pass is included. Present it on arrival to receive a wristband for re-entry.
Flexible Tickets +
For £3 per ticket, Flexible Tickets offer added peace of mind should your plans change. You can cancel up to 24 hours before the performance and receive credit equal to your original ticket value, to use toward a future production or eligible items on the Kadeem En Pointe website.
The £3 fee is non-refundable and non-transferable. Credit is issued to the original booking account, does not expire and cannot be transferred. Each individual ticket requires its own Flexible Ticket add-on.
Programmes +
Digital and physical programmes may be added during booking. Every physical programme includes a digital copy at no extra cost. Physical programmes must be pre-ordered and will not be sold at the theatre.
If you purchase a physical programme, present your ticket on arrival and an usher will give you your copy. Physical programmes purchased with livestream orders are posted after the performance once they have been signed.
Making A World Of Our Own - the pre-show display +
First and Second Entry guests can explore our Making A World Of Our Own display until 7:10 PM. It offers a behind-the-scenes look at costume sketches, fabric swatches, photography, choreography notes, props and the characters and world of the production.
The display will be in front of the curtain and removed before the performance.
Refunds and seating +
Tickets are non-refundable except in the event of cancellation, unless a valid Flexible Ticket arrangement applies. Seats are not pre-assigned and are chosen when your entry group enters the auditorium.
