When and where is the livestream? +

Saturday 19 December 2026 at 7:30 PM GMT, on YouTube. Watch from anywhere with an internet connection and a device that can access YouTube.

Check the local-time conversion above if you're watching from another country.

Can I watch afterwards instead of live? +

Yes. Your ticket includes both the live broadcast and access to the performance on demand for 14 days after the livestream. Use the original ticket link to return to the video.

How do I receive my viewing link? +

Livestream links are delivered after purchase. Please check your confirmation and email inbox, including junk folders. If you have any problems, email hello@kadeemenpointe.com.

What is the difference between Standard and Supporter tickets? +

Both give you access to the same YouTube livestream and 14-day catch-up. The Supporter ticket is for people who would like to contribute a little more towards production costs and keeping ballet accessible.

Do I need to buy separate tickets for live and on demand? +

No. Your ticket covers both. If you can't watch live, you can use the link to catch up afterwards during the 14-day viewing period.

Can I add a programme? +

Yes. Add a digital or physical programme during booking. The physical programme includes a digital copy at no additional cost. Digital links are delivered upon purchase, and signed physical programmes are due to be posted from 21 December. Delivery charges may apply depending on your location.

Can I gift or sponsor a ticket? +

Yes. You can gift a livestream ticket to a friend or sponsor a ticket anonymously using the dedicated product pages.

Is the Post-Show Talk included? +

The Post-Show Talk is an in-person event and is not part of the livestream. If you would like to attend the performance and talk in London, see London tickets.

Can I get a refund? +
